Drondy (referred to herein as “Drondy”, “Drondy Hire a Drone” or “we”) provides an online platform that connects drone operators (“Pilots”) with people seeking their services (Drondy websites, and blog are hereinafter collectively referred, the “Services“). Services are accessible at www.drondy.com and any other websites through which Drondy makes the Services available (“Platform”, “Website”).

Owner of this site is Foundation for Enterprise Development “Twój StartUp” seated in Warsaw, ul Żurawia 6/12, no 766 NIP: 5213641211, REGON: 146433467.

Provisions of this Terms of Service shall apply to activities performed on behalf of the Foundation for Enterprise Development “Twój StartUp” by an organized part of the enterprise named Drondy operating at the Department of Kraków, represented by Artur Nowik, the person referred herein shall be designated by the Foundation to contact about the implementation of Terms of Service.

Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Services, Platform including by communicating with us or other Drondy users, you agree to comply with, and be legally bound by, the provisions of these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy (“Policy”), whether or not you become a registered user of the Services. These Terms govern your access to, and use of the Services and constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Drondy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you have no right to obtain information from or otherwise continue using the Site, Application or Services. Failure to use the Site, Application or Services in accordance with these Terms may subject you to civil and criminal penalties.

The Platform, website, services are an online platform through which Pilots can create listings of their services and people seeking their services may book it directly with Pilots. You agree that Drondy is not a party to any agreements entered between pilots and other Platform users. Drondy has no control over Pilots, and other users of the website.

If you decide to create a profile listing on Drondy, you acknowledge that you are an independent third-party contractor, and not a partner of Drondy.


Drondy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the Website, Platform, Services or to modify these Terms including Service Fees, at any time and without prior notice. If we modify these Terms, we will post the modification on the Website or via email. We will also update the “Last Revised” date at the top of these Terms. Changes to the Terms will be effective at the time of posting. By continuing to access or use our Platform, or Services after we have posted a modification or have provided you with notice of a modification, you are indicating that you agree to be bound by the modified Terms. If the modified Terms are not acceptable to you, your sole recourse is to stop using and accessing the Services and close your account.

Account Registration

In order to acces certain features of the Platform and Services you are required to create an account (referred as “Drondy Account”) by providing email address and creating a password.

You can also register and create an account with third-party social networking sites (“SNS”) including Facebook and Google.

Your Drondy Account and your Drondy account profile page will be created for your use of the Website and Application based upon the personal information you provide to us or that we obtain via an SNS.You may not have more than one active Drondy Account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current and complete. Drondy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Drondy Account and your access to the Platform and Services if you create more than one account, or any information you provided is inaccurate, not current, and incomplete or violate these Terms.

You are responsible for keeping your password and account information secure. You agree that you will not disclose your password to any third party and you will take sole responsibility for any activities under Drondy Account, whether or not you have authorized such activities. You will immediately notify Drondy of any suspected unauthorized use of your Drondy Account. You are not permitted to share your Drondy Account with anyone.

Pilots Offerings

As a Member, you may create an Offer. When creating an Offer, you will be asked questions about your Offer including but not limited to, Drone you operate, your experience, license as a drone operator, insurance to operate, location, pricing, and availability.

Offer will be made publicly available via the Website and, You understand and agree that the placement and ranking of your Offer in search results may depend on many different factors, including, but not limited, to reviews, user preferences, ratings. Users of the Website may book your services via Platform upon information provided in your Offering, and their search preferences. You acknowledge that after initial request of services you may not request the Client to pay a higher price then listed in your pricing.

You also acknowledge that you are responsible for all Offerings information, and other content that you post. You will not breach any agreements you have with any other third-party and would comply with Tax laws and any other applicable regulations. Drondy reserves right at any time without notice to remove any Offerings for any reason.

If you are a Pilot, you understand and agree that Drondy does not act as an insurer or as your contracting agent. If a Client requests a Booking of your Accommodation and stays at your Accommodation, any agreement you enter into with such Client is between you and the Client and Drondy is not a party to it.


During registration you will provide us with certain information about yourself to verify your identity to become a “Verified Pilot”. Members are required to provide accurate information however Drondy may undertake additional checks to help verify and check the identities of users and their licenses to operate drone are accurate. For fraud prevention, Drondy may directly ask aviation authorities whether they have issued such license for a Member.

Reference in the Website about certain Member being verified only means that Member has completed identification process. We recommend that you always check Pilot thoroughly before ordering services.

By using the Platform, you agree that any legal liability that you seek to obtain for actions of other Members or other third parties will be limited to a claim against the particular Members or other third parties who caused you harm. You agree not to attempt to impose liability on or seek any legal remedy from Drondy with respect to such actions or omissions.

User Commitments

You agree that you are solely responsible for the use of your account, Platform and Services in compliance with the Terms, laws, regulations and Tax obligations that may apply. That especially denotes avoidance of accepting or making payments outside of Drondy Platform. By doing payments outside of the Platform you acknowledge that you would breach these Terms of Service and accept all the risks associated with it.

Drondy may access, preserve and disclose any of your information if we are required to do so by law, or if we believe in good faith that it is reasonably necessary to

Cancellation and refund policy

To cancel you need at first to notify a Pilot through message in system. The total amount refunded will depend on when the Client cancels the service, and varies by fee components.

The service fee is non-refundable.

If an Pilot wishes to cancel a reserved and confirmed service, they must notify the client through message in system at least 5 days in advance and cancel through Drondy website. Repeated cancellations will subject the Pilot to removal from the Platform. Cancelling a service within 5 days before the service date will subject Pilot to 15% fine (from service price) not less then 20 EUR and will be subject to potential removal from the Platform.

Complaints are to be submitted in writing or by e-mail to the address: contact@drondy.com Submitting the complaint, Client is obliged to provide the following details:

  • Name, last name and address of the Client
  • Subject of the complaint
  • Reasons for the complaint
